Terms of Use & License Policy

By using this site, creating an account, generating content, purchasing or unlocking content, downloading files, or checking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to these Terms and to our License Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Sing Me Smart on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

Content means the songs, lyrics, audio files, learning maps, PDFs, prompts, titles, hooks, and other educational materials produced by or delivered through Sing Me Smart. Outputs are the Content generated in response to your requests. Customer Submissions are the topics, text, and other material you provide. Personal Use means individual or family/household learning. Commercial Use is defined in section 8. Resale, Redistribution, Sublicensing, and White-Labeling carry their ordinary meanings and are addressed below.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. If a minor uses the service, a parent, guardian, or authorized school must set up and supervise that use. Please do not submit unnecessary personal information about children or students (see section 10).

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Sing Me Smart grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for the permitted use associated with the plan or license you purchased. No ownership, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, white-label, public-download, competing-product, or commercial-exploitation rights are granted by default.

A standard song purchase or unlock includes a Personal Learning License, which allows:

• Personal study and private listening;
• Family and household learning;
• Limited private sharing with friends and family.

It does not allow classroom, team, tutoring, business, paid-course, public-download, or any commercial use.

These are sold separately and are limited to the specific class, team, client base, business, term, seat count, geography, or use case stated in your order:

• Classroom / Homeschool License — use with one class or group for the course or term as sold.
• Team License — use with one named team, club, or group.
• Tutor / Coach License — use with your paying students or clients within stated limits.
• Business / Internal Training License — internal use with your employees or trainees.

Unless your order or a separate written agreement expressly allows it, you may not:

• Sell, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Content;
• Upload full files publicly for download, or repackage the Content as a standalone product;
• White-label the Content or remove Sing Me Smart branding, metadata, or license notices;
• Include the Content in a paid product, paid course, membership, or paid community;
• Distribute the Content to students, clients, teams, or employees;
• Use the Content to build or train a competing product, library, or AI system;
• Otherwise commercially exploit the Content.

Commercial use requires a separate license unless it is expressly included on your order. Commercial use means any use connected to a business, paid service, organization, class, course, tutoring, coaching, training, certification, paid community, creator product, sponsorship, advertising, resale, customer delivery, or employee training — even if the Sing Me Smart content itself is not sold separately.

To request classroom, team, tutor, training, commercial, or reseller rights, email hello@singmesmart.ai and tell us how you plan to use it.

Reselling and white-labeling are permitted only under a written agreement with Sing Me Smart, which will define the content covered, branding rules, approval rights, revenue terms, quality control, and termination rights. There is no default reseller price; contact us to discuss a partnership.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions needed for anything you submit. You may not submit third-party copyrighted content, copied lyrics or lesson materials you do not own, artist names for imitation, celebrity likenesses, private student or medical data, confidential information, or other restricted material without the legal right to do so. You are responsible for your submissions.

Some Sing Me Smart content is created or assisted using artificial-intelligence tools. Rights in AI-assisted materials may depend on applicable law, third-party platform terms, and the degree of human authorship involved. Sing Me Smart does not guarantee that any AI-assisted output qualifies for copyright registration or protection in any jurisdiction, and does not grant you copyright ownership of Outputs.

Sing Me Smart content is a learning aid. It is not a guarantee of test results, grades, certification, professional qualification, or medical, safety, legal, or compliance outcomes. Always verify important information against authoritative sources.

You may not remove or obscure Sing Me Smart branding, metadata, watermarks, or license notices unless your license specifically permits it.

If these Terms are breached, Sing Me Smart may revoke access, remove downloads, terminate accounts, request takedowns, invoice for unauthorized commercial use, and pursue any other remedies available at law. We generally start with a friendly request to remove or upgrade before escalating.

Unused song packs may be eligible for a refund within a limited time after purchase. Once a song has been created or unlocked (i.e., a credit has been used), it is non-refundable. Digital content is delivered electronically. For refund questions, contact hello@singmesmart.ai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply to use of the service after they are posted, and the version and effective date at the top of this page will change. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
